Getting Started 

We offer all new comers a one class FREE TRIAL and your 1st month for only $40! 

Sign up for your FREE TRAIL under the 'Schedule' Tab or send us your name & class time you wish to attend in the 'Contact Us' form.

When you come in for your first class, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a new client intake form with brief questionnaire & waiver so the coach can get an understanding of your fitness background, goals & current fitness level.

Wear workout clothes & shoes and bring water.

First Class
At the start of the class the coach will bring you through some basic dynamic stretches then review the workout with the entire class. We will alter the workout to include basic movements & meet your current fitness level. By doing this you get the full feel of the group environment while staying safe and receiving a great workout.
