Saturday April 8

Class will be divided into two teams- there will be two WOD stations, each starting with a "switcher" movement and then a movement for each person on the team. There will be a "rest" station at the end of the rotation. When the person on the Swticher movement returns everyone will rotate movements! Each team will start on either WOD for a 15min AYCE and have a 3min rest before switching. The number of movements per WOD will depend upon the number of people who show up!

This is what we will have:


WOD A:
Switcher movement: 100m Sled Pull 70/45
GHD Sit Ups/Med ball V Ups

WOD B:
Switcher movement: 100m Farmers Carry 2x 55/35
Tire In/Out Jumps

Whoever shows up will pick the remaining movements!
