10 Rope climbs (+ 10 pegboard climbs) *DL bar must be held until completed*

100 Pistols (Mod: lunges L&R)

50 Partner Deadlifts

100 Pull ups *DL bar must be held until completed*

100 Push ups

*IF bar is dropped during rope climbs or pull ups each team member must complete 15 burpee penalty*

WOD can be made into teams of 2 & indv but will be best as team of 3
