1- Squat Snatch @ 90% (power snatch + ohs allowed)
2- Overhead Squats
3- Later Bar Burpees
4- Strict Pull Ups
5- 12ft Wall Ball 20/14
6- Toes to Bar
7- Jerk
8- Clapping Push Ups

*Perform as 1, 1-2, 1-2-3-,1-2-3-4 exc.
*All barbell movements must be done at the same weight
*Days 1 & 2 may be  combined! 

Teams of 2 = Double the reps
