    300 Air Squats
    1 mile run
    Rx: 20/14# weighted vest

    **Partitioned: complete the pull ups, push ups & air squats in any order but must start and end the workout with the 1 mile runs.

    **Non partitioned: complete workout in order as written.

  • 1 Hour CrossFit Class consisting of Group Warm Up, Explanation, Strength/WOD.
